Build-up: Tuesday 25th November 0800 - 2000 Space Only Exhibitors & Contractors

No vehicles are permitted into the halls to unload during build-up. All exhibitors should bring appropriate moving equipment or book a forklift for transfer of materials through CEVA.

Show Open: Thursday 27th November 0930 - 1730

Saturday 29th November 0930 - 1730
Sunday 30th November 0930 - 1700

Exhibitors will have access to the halls for two hours before and one hour after the show.
​
Breakdown: Sunday 30th November 1730 - 2000 Shell Scheme Exhibitors
Monday 1st December 0800 - 1200 Space Only Exhibitors & Contractors

Please be aware that on Wednesday 26th November when making your delivery booking through Voyage Control, a deposit system will be in place.
​
All exhibitors and contractors will be required to wear appropriate, closed toe shoes and hi-vis vests during build up and breakdown.
​
Exhibitors, please note that the entire contents of your stand must be cleared by 2000 hrs on Sunday 30th November. If you leave anything on your stand after this time it will be disposed of. The organisers are not responsible for any exhibits left in or outside the exhibition hall. If this causes a problem concerning the security of your stock, please contact the Organisers Office as soon as possible.

Children under 16 are not permitted in the halls during build up or breakdown for health and safety reasons.

Please ensure that you send your consignment at a time when one of your stand representatives will be on-site to receive it.

All vehicles unloading, whether cars, vans or lorries will need to obtain an Event Delivery Pass in advance using the online booking system. The pass must be printed and displayed on your dashboard to allow you through the security gate into the inner area and left visible for the duration of the stay.

You will have to register to use the system and you will be required to enter valid credit card details. You will be allocated a time slot for unloading which will generally be one hour from the time of entry. Once you have unloaded you will be required to take your car to the free outer area car park, to make space for other exhibitors. You will only incur a penalty charge if you fail to remove your vehicle in the allotted time.

Couriers do not need to register and can get direct access to the halls via Gate 5.
​
Upon arrival:
1 - Exhibitors arrive onsite and follow the electronic signage to the designated lorry park (North 12)
2 - After completing a pass to display in your vehicle you will be directed to the rear of the halls when there is space available for you to offload
3 - When you are ready you will need to move the vehicle to the North outer car parks and display your parking pass in the window of your vehicle (passes can be collected from the Organiser's Office.
During the build and breakdown periods parking is completely free for exhibitors and contractors, however, please be aware that on Wednesday 20th November a deposit system will be in place.

A breakdown notice will be issued to your stand giving vehicle instructions for the break-down.
