SHELL SCHEME STANDS

Full Circle Events & Exhibitions (the official event contractor) have now moved on to an online platform and orders can be placed for Electrics, Floorcovering / Carpet, Shell Scheme and Additional Shell Scheme Accessories here.

Please note that each exhibitor will receive a unique username and password from Full Circle (via the email address exhibitors@exhibitconnect.co.uk) to be able to log onto the portal. Please check your junk/spam folder. If you are experiencing any technical issues with this service or need help with your orders, please contact Full Circle on 0161 393 3949 or email them at exhibitors@exhibitconnect.co.uk. If you are using a Contractor, to avoid any delay, please ensure you pass on your log in details to them for them to be able to access.

The Standard Shell Scheme is built in the Octanorm System and is constructed by Full Circle, the appointed Contractor.

Basic stands will consist of:

​

  • Walls,

  • Fascia,

  • Corner and mid-support posts,

  • Ceiling grid,

  • Stand name and number board.

​

The stand is constructed throughout in a white aluminium system incorporating lightweight panels 3mm thick. 

Infill wall panels are 3mm thick white foamex. The fasica is 3mm thick x 300mm deep with a name board and your company name applied directly to it. A basic module is 990mm centre-to-centre of uprights and multiples thereof. Fascia supports are provided at intervals not exceeding 4m apart. Large stands may require additional interior posts to support the grid. 

Shell Height: 2.5m
Head height below fascia: 2.2m
Floor to underside of ceiling grid: 2.43m

Please note the following:

​

  • No electricity is provided with your stand, this will need to be ordered separately through our stipulated electrical contractors Full Circle.

  • No lighting will be provided with your stand, this will need to be ordered separately through our stipulated electrical contractors Full Circle.

  • No furniture is provided with your stand, this will need to be ordered separately.

​

You are also welcome to bring your own furniture as required provided that the structural integrity of the item meets Health and Safety Standards.

  • Carpeting will be provided. If you do not wish to use the already allocated carpet, please place any additional carpet orders via the Order Forms Tab 


The Contract does not include provision by the Organisers of any of the following services:

​

  • Special connections for water, waste, gas or other utilities;

  • Interior fittings and displays;

  • Additional sign-writing;

  • Labour for off-loading;

  • Provision of night sheets;

  • Floral Decoration;

  • Communication lines;

  • Electrical connections other than those included in the specified shell scheme.

  • No lighting is included with the shell scheme.

Please note:

​

  i.            Island shell scheme stands will not contain any walling and will be open on all sides;

 ii.            Part Island shell scheme stands will have one back wall, where shell is on either side.

 iii.           End of run stands or corner sites will have two walls and two open sides.

When ordering additional walling / storage areas from Full Circle stand fitting you need to consider your neighbours and ensure that your stand does not incorporate long runs of perimeter walling as this would have a detrimental effect on the show and surrounding stands.

PLEASE NOTE: 

​

Nameboard and Stand Fascia

​

All exhibitors who have shell scheme stands are reminded that they are not permitted to take down the fascia of their stand. Exhibitors are also reminded that they are not allowed to hang or wrap anything around the facia as tampering with the framework voids the structural safety signoff.

​

For each shell scheme nameboard company names will be displayed in lower and upper case only, websites and Ltd will not be permitted. Nameboards must not be taken down and replaced with company branded nameboards.

​

Flags

Flags are permitted however must be within the confines of your stand. If you are a shell scheme stand flags must not be higher than 2.5m. 

​

Please note there may be other forms you will need to fill out depending on what you are exhibiting. Please work your way through the order forms tab to make sure that you have filled in all additional forms that may be relevant and placed any orders for extras that you may require on your stand. 

 

Nameboards

​

Nameboards will be printed with the name shown on your booking contract. 

 

Any amendment to this must be requested by emailing operations@riverstreetevents.co.uk no later than 14 days prior to the start of the show.

 

Companies are not permitted to use any wording other than registered company name or trading name and all nameboard will follow standardised inclusion of capital letters with no use of abbreviations or Ltd.

Stand Extras

​

Full Circle offer a wide range of additional extras for Shell Scheme stands.  Exhibitors are free to choose extras to enhance their stand, if required.  Full details and prices can be found here.
