Gas

 

The use of LPG, and other bottled gas will not be permitted for cooking purposes. Liquified Petroleum Gas may only be used when the LPG powered equipment being demonstrated is an item for sale by the exhibitor and following the consent of the organiser and the venue.

All exhibitors wishing to use gas must operate from the natural gas supply available in the Halls. If you are unsure of the availability of Natural gas to your stand, please contact the Organisers.

If you intend using a mains gas appliance, please note that:

All equipment requiring connection to the venue’s mains gas supply (e.g. cookers and hot cabinets) must be installed by a Gas Safe Register engineer.

The installation must be accompanied by a Gas Safety Certificate, issued by the installer, to confirm that the appliance is safe and working correctly. Visit www.gassaferegister.co.uk for further information.

Please make sure that you inform the Organisers if you are planning on having any compressed gas on your stand for the duration of the show.
